Francesca Dotto was educated in classical humanities and obtained a degree in flute at the Conservatorio “G. B. Martini” in Bologna in 2006, under the guidance of Maestro Enzo Caroli.

She began to study opera singing with soprano Elisabetta Tandura and in 2011 she graduated with honours and honorable mention at the Conservatorio “A. Steffani” in Castelfranco Veneto.

In 2012 she made her debut as Musetta in Puccini’s La Bohème at La Fenice in Venice under the baton of Daniele Callegari, immediately making a name for herself for her refined musicality and interpretative skills.

She continued her career performing Donizetti’s Lucrezia Borgia at the Teatro Verdi in Padua and La Traviata at the Verdi in Sassari.

It is the role of Violetta that makes her famous and allows her to become one of the most interesting interpreters of international opera world.
